Request a return within 3 days of delivery when an unopened item is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged in transit. Keep the original packaging and invoice.

Non-returnable items

Opened, sprayed, used, or customer-damaged decants cannot be returned because fragrance samples are personal-use products.

How to initiate a return

Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos or video of the parcel and product. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds begin after inspection of the returned item and are normally completed within 5–7 business days.
